The Alberta Funeral Services Regulatory Board (AFSRB) has been delegated by the Government of Alberta, the responsibility to administer the Funeral Services Act, Funeral Services Act General Regulation, Funeral Services Act Exemption Regulation and the Crematory Regulation under the Cemeteries Act. Other legislation that is related to the work of the AFSRB is included in the list below but is not under the direct jurisdiction of the AFSRB.
